云南省中缅边境地区村民疟疾防治知识知晓情况研究

摘　　要：目的了解中缅边境地区农村居民疟疾防治知识知晓情况,为开展健康教育提供参考。方法入户问卷调查云南省中缅边境耿马县1242名村民的疟疾防治知识知晓情况。结果 19.48%的人知晓疟疾防治知识,54.67%的人对疟疾防治知识有初步认识,尚有25.85%的人完全不知晓疟疾防治知识。性别、民族、文化程度、家庭月净收入等因素对疟疾防治知晓率均有一定的影响。结论中缅边境地区村民疟疾防治知识健康教育急需加强,应有针对性地开展健康教育活动。Objective To know the awareness rate of malaria knowledge of villagers in China - Myanmar border areas of Yunnan Province, and to provide the reference for developing the health education. Methods With the questionnaires included demographical information and malaria knowledge, a cross- Sectional investigation on 1,242 villagers was conducted by a cluster sampling household survey in Gengma County, Yunnan Province. Results The awareness rate of malaria knowledge was 19.48%..54.67% of the villagers knew some knowledge about malaria, while 25.85% of them still knew nothing about malaria knowledge. Some factors such as gender, ethnicity, educational level, family income per month had a certain impact on the awareness rate of malaria knowledge. Conclusions The awareness rate of malaria knowledge of villagers in China Myanmar border areas of Yunnan Province is very low and should be enhanced through developing the targeted health education.
