摘　　要：目的对某塑料制品公司新建生产线进行评价分析,为预防职业病危害提供科学依据。方法按照《建设项目职业病危害预评价技术导则》GBZ/T196-2007[1]的要求进行评价,选择该企业老生产线进行类比调查。结果该项目属于一般职业病危害建设项目,可能产生职业病危害因素主要为噪声和粉尘。结论该建设项目选址与总体布局、生产设备布局合理,拟采取的职业病防护措施设计均符合国家卫生标准,职业卫生评价合格。Objective To evaluate and analyze the new- building production lines in a plastic corporation, and to provide a scientific basis for preventing occupational diseases. Methods According to the demand of ＂Technical Guidelines for Occupational Hazards Pre- evaluation on Construction Projects （GBZ/T196- 2007） , the old production lines were selected to compare with the new building production lines in the plastic corporation. Results The project belonged to common occupational hazards construction project, which might produce occupational risk factors such as noise and dust. Conclusions The construction site, overall arrangement, reasonable layout of production equipment, and the design of occupational health protection measures of the project meet the national occupational health standards. The evaluation of occupational health is qualified.
