摘 要:目的分析外科手术切口感染的病原菌分布情况,并调查其耐药性,以指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法从外科手术切口感染的分泌物中培养分离病原菌,并对分离出的病原菌进行鉴定;对鉴定出的病原菌做抗生素敏感试验,以分析其耐药情况。结果 106例感染的分泌物中共分离培养出病原菌75株,排前3位的分别是:金黄色葡萄球菌(21.33%),铜绿假单胞菌(18.67%)和粪肠球菌(17.33%);抗生素敏感试验表明:分离出的细菌大多对抗生素存在多重耐药性,但亚安培南对G-菌有良好的抗菌活性,万古霉素则对G+菌有良好的抗菌活性。结论应高度重视外科手术切口感染,加强对切口感染的监控,合理使用抗生素以减少切口感染的发生。Objective To investigate the distribution and antibiotics resistance of pathogenic bacteria in surgical incision infection, and to guide the reasonable application of antibiotics in clinic. Methods Pathogens were cultured from the secretion of infected wounds and then identified. The resistance to antibiotics was analyzed by adopting disk diffusion test.Results A total of 75 pathogenic strains were isolated from 106 secretion specimens of surgical incision infection. Among them, the detection rate of Staphyloccus aureu was the highest (21.33%), followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa (18. 76% ) and Enterococcus faecalis (17.33%). These resistant strains showed serious multi - resistance to antibiotics. Fortunately, imipenem had better activities to Gram - negative bacteria, while vancomycin had better activities to Gram - positive bacteria. Conclusions More attention should be paid to surgical incision infection. Effective measures should be taken to supervise and control bacterial resistance. And antibiotics should be used properly to reduce the rate of surgical incision infection.
