摘 要:具有特殊组成和结构的单分散微球以其独特的性质和广泛的应用得到了广泛的关注。经过近几年的工作,本课题组利用蒸馏沉淀聚合法,合成出了一系列含有不同功能基团、组成和形状的单分散多层微球,进而制备了具有不同结构的功能性空心微球,并探讨了构建多层结构微球的机理。初步研究表明,这些功能性微球在可控药物释放、催化和微反应器等领域具有独特的性能和潜在的应用价值。本文概述了本课题组近五年来采用蒸馏沉淀法制备多层结构微球及其空心微球的研究进展。Monodisperse microspheres with unique composition and structure are widely attractive for its special quality and extensive application. After the efforts for a few years,our group has developed distillation precipitation polymerization as a novel technique for the synthesis of a series of monodisperse multi-layer microspheres with diverse functional groups,composition,structures and the further corresponding hollow microspheres via distillation precipitation polymerization. The mechanism for construction of multi-layer microspheres was also discussed. The primary experimental results demonstrated that these functional microspheres had potential application for controlled drug-release,catalysis and nanoreactor. This review focuses on the major research progress for the synthesis of multi-layer and corresponding hollow microspheres via distillation precipitation polymerization in our group during last five years.
