摘  要:[目的]探讨云南文山人工种植金线莲的价值,为当地人工种植的金线莲价值提供参考。[方法]利用干法灰化处理样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱连续测定人工种植金线莲中Zn、Mn、Cu、Fe、Ni、Co、Cr、Cd、Pb9种微量元素的含量并将其与野生金线莲比较,计算鲜样含量。[结果]人工种植的金线莲(花叶开唇兰和滇越金线兰)中Fe>Mn>Zn>Cr>Cu>Co>Ni>Pb;野生金线莲(花叶开唇兰和滇越金线兰)中Fe>Mn>Zn>Co>Cu>Cr>Ni>Cd>Pb,其回收率为99.8%~103.7%,RSD值在0.66%~3.25%。野生的与人工种植的比较,Fe、Mn、Zn、Co、Cu元素均比人工种植的高;而Cr元素含量人工种植的比野生的高,有害元素在人工种植和野生中的含量都很低或未检出。[结论]金线莲(花叶开唇兰和滇越金线兰)是一种珍稀的野生生物资源,目前已人工繁育成功。通过对人工种植的花叶开唇兰和滇越金线兰微量元素的含量测定,并与野生的相比较,认为人工种植的金线莲价值较高,值得推广。[Objective]The research aimed to discuss the value of artificial Anoectochilus roxburghii in Wenshan of Yunnan Province. [Method] The samples were treated by dry ash method to measure the content of 9 microelements (Zn,Mn,Cu,Fe,Ni,Co,Cr,Cd,Pb) in artificial Anoectochilus roxburghii by using flame atomic absorption spectrometry. And the contents were compared with that in wild A. roxburghii and the content in fresh samples was calculated. [Result]The contents of heavy metals in Anoectochilus roxburghii and Anoectochilus chapaensis Gagnep were as follows:Fe 〉Mn〉 Zn 〉Cr〉 Cu 〉Co 〉Ni〉 Pb;The content of heavy metals in wild A. roxburghii (Anoectochilus roxburghii and Anoec-tochilus chapaensis Gagnep)was as follows:Fe〉 Mn 〉Zn 〉Co〉 Cu 〉Cr 〉 Ni 〉 Cd 〉Pb,its recovery was 99. 8% -103. 7% with RSD of 0. 66% -3. 25%. Compared with artificial A. roxburghii,the contents of Fe,Mn,Zn,Co and Cu in wild A. roxburghii were higher. But the content of Cr in artificial A. roxburghii was higher than that in wild A. roxburghii. The content of harmful elements in both artificial and wild A. roxburghii was lower. [Conclusion]Anoectochilus roxburghii and Anoectochilus chapaensis Gagnep are rare wildlife resources,and artificial breeding has successfully done. The contents of microelements in artificial Anoectochilus roxburghii and Anoectochilus chapaensis Gagnep were measured and compared with that in wild A. roxburghii. It was thought that artificial A. roxburghii had higher value and was worth popularizing.
