摘　　要：集成测试是８０年代后期发展起来的新技术。利用集成测试技术可将许多测试功能集成为一个软件库，库中的软件便形成一个包括多种功能的仪器功能库。如果这个仪器功能库由微计算机支撑，则构成了一台多功能的虚拟式仪器。在介绍集成测试和虚拟式仪器的基础上，推荐一个由笔者开发的虚拟式仪器库。Integrated measurement is a new technique that is developed in 80′s of this century. A lot of measuring functions will be integrated in a library of software using the technique of integrated measurement. The software in library forms a storeroom that stores instruments of many kinds. If the library of software is supported by a microcomputer, it becomes a virtual instrument included a lot of functions of measuring instruments.This paper introduces a storeroom of virtual instruments that is successfully developed by authors. In the paper,the functions of every instrument in storeroom of virtual instruments, and the principles of sharing functions and data exchanging between every virtual instrument will be discussed in detail.
