摘  要:[目的]分析NaCl胁迫条件下4个中山杉无性系幼苗的生长及光合作用的反应,并对无性系间的差异进行比较。[方法]以中山杉1年生扦插苗为材料进行盐分胁迫处理试验。[结果]盐胁迫处理60d后,在125mmol/L的盐分浓度下,中山杉4个无性系间有明显差异;当盐分浓度达到150mmol/L时,中山杉4个无性系均无法生长。盐胁迫对中山杉苗木的形态、生物量积累、苗高生长均产生不同程度的影响。125mmol/L的NaCl胁迫下4个无性系的净光合速率明显降低,而胞间CO2浓度变化不大,气孔导度和蒸腾速率各无性系间表现的趋势基本一致。[结论]中山杉4个无性系的耐盐能力为中山杉118和146强于中山杉1和302。[Objective]This research studied the effect of NaCl stress on the growth and photosynthesis function and made a comparative analysis on the difference of 4 clones. [Method]The seedlings of 4 different Taxodium hybrid clones were used as the experimental materials and the salt stress experiment was carried out. The clones were investigated using one-year-old seedlings of cuttage. [Result]The results indicated that the growth of seedlings of 4 clones were prominent difference at the concentration of 125 mmol/L and all seedlings could not live under the salt stress of 150 mmol/L. There were differences in morphological feature,biomass and height in response to salt stress after 60 d treatment. The net photosynthesis rate (Pn) value in the 4 clones decreased obviously. The intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) had an unconspicuous changing. The stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr) showed the similar trend at the concentration of 125 mmol/L. [Conclusion]The capability of salt tolerance of the 4 different clones was that'Zhongshanshan'118 and 146 was much stronger than'Zhongshanshan'1 and 302.
