摘 要:在堆肥中加入经过驯化构建的降解纤维素和林丹的复合菌系,探讨接菌处理对堆肥过程中微生物区系变化和堆肥物质转化效率的影响。结果表明,接种复合菌对纤维素和林丹的降解主要发生在堆肥高温后期,该复合菌系对纤维素、半纤维素和林丹的降解均具有明显的促进作用。接菌处理的细菌总数明显多于对照,不同处理对真菌和放线菌数量的影响不明显。The complex microbial system constructed through acclimatization that degrading cellulose and lindane was added into compost. Then the influences of microbial inoculation treatment on the change of microflora and the substance conversion efficiency of compost in compost process were discussed. The results indicated that the degradation of inoculated complex microbes on cellulose and lindane mainly occurred in high-temperature anaphase of compost; this complex microbial system had obvious promoting effect on degradation of cellulose,hemicellulose and lindane. The total bacteria of microbial inoculation treatment were obviously more than that of CK and different treatments had different influences on the quantities of fungi and actinomycetes.
