摘 要:[目的]考察多孔弹性滤料-活性炭工艺深度处理对饮用水污染物的去除效果。[方法]利用多孔弹性滤料对微生物的负载能力及可压缩的特性,将其与活性炭组成多孔弹性滤料-活性炭二级生物净化工艺,研究其对饮用水中污染物的去除效果。[结果]该多孔弹性滤料-活性炭工艺在EBCT为15min时,对浊度和铁的去除效果显著,平均去除率分别为84.6%、97.0%。该工艺能有效去除氨氮和亚硝酸盐,能提高对有机物的去除率,对CODMn、UV254、TOC和BDOC的平均去除率分别为34.7%、31.4%、59.3%和90.3%。出水各项指标均满足《饮用净水水质标准CJ94-2005》,且BDOC<0.2mg/L,为生物稳定性水。[结论]多孔弹性滤料-活性炭工艺能有效去除饮用水中有毒、有害物质,从而能提高饮用水的安全性。[Objective]The study aimed to investigate the removal effect of porous flexible filter-activated carbon process for advanced treatment on the contaminants in the drinking water. [Method]Porous flexible filter with the microbial load capacity and the compressed characteristics was used to combine the activated carbon for forming the two-level biological purification process of porous flexible filter and activated carbon so as to study their the removal effect on the contaminants in the drinking water. [Result]The porous flexible filter-activated carbon process,when EBCT was 15 min,could get obvious removal effect on turbidity and iron,with their average removal rate of 84. 6% and 97. 0% resp. The process could remove effectively ammonia nitrogen and nitrite and increase the removal rate of organic substances. It's average removal rates on CODMn,UV254,TOC and BDOC were 34. 7% ,31. 4% ,59. 3% and 90. 3%. The effluent indicators were to meet the " water quality standards for clean drinking water CJ94-2005" ,and BDOC was 〈0. 2 mg/L,which was the water with biological stability. [Conclusion]Porous flexible filter and activated carbon process could effectively remove the harmful and toxic substances in the drinking water,thus improving the safety of drinking water.
