红白锦鲤的染色体核型分析

摘　　要：[目的]为定向育种、良种选育和制定种质标准提供参考依据。[方法]以红白锦鲤肾细胞为材料,采用PHA和秋水仙素活体注射体细胞体内培养法,经空气干燥制备了染色体,并对其染色体核型进行分析。[结果]红白锦鲤的染色体数目分布在92～100条,相对长度最长的为(29.67±2.21)‰,最短的为(13.53±0.08)‰。[结论]红白锦鲤的染色体数2n=100,核型公式为:22m+34sm+22st+22t,染色体臂数(NF)=156。[Objective]The study aimed to provide the reference for directional breeding,selective improved variety and making variety standard. [Method]With renal cell of red-white ornamental carp as test material,chromosome was made by PHA,colchicine injection and air drying method,meanwhile,the karyotype was analyzed. [Result]The numbers of chromosomes were 92-100,longest relative length was （29. 67 ± 2. 21）‰,the shortest one was （13. 53 ±0. 08）‰. numbers of chromosomes of [Conclusion]The chromosome number of the species was 2n = 100,the karyotype formula was 2n = 100,22m ＋34sm ＋22st ＋22t,the numbers of chromosome arm （NF） were 156.
