摘  要:[目的]研究聚乙二醇(PEG)浸老化种子对茎瘤芥幼苗叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。[方法]使用不同浓度PEG6000(5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%),以不同处理时间(4h、8h、12h、16h、20h、24h)浸老化种子后,测定茎瘤芥幼苗叶片MDA含量。[结果]与对照相比,不同浓度PEG6000以不同处理时间浸老化种子后,茎瘤芥幼苗叶片MDA含量均显著下降(P<0.05)。[结论]25%PEG6000浸老化种子12h,幼苗叶片MDA含量降幅最大,效果最佳。[Objective]Effects of soaking aged seeds with PEG on MDA content of seedling leaves of tumorous stem mustard were studied. [Method]After the aged seeds of tumorous stem mustard had been treated with PEG6000 (5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,25%,30%,35%) for 4,8,12,16,20,24 hours,MDA content of seedling leaves were determined. [Result]In contrast with the control,MDA content of seedling leaves of tumorous stem mustard were all decreased remarkably(P 〈0. 05). [Conclusion]The decreasing amplitude of MDA content of seedling leaves of tumorous stem mustard was the biggest and the effect was the best among all treatments by soaking aged seeds with 25% PEG6000 for 12 hours.
