摘　　要：[目的]建立门诊医疗服务利用两步实证模型,分析农民工这一特殊群体门诊医疗服务利用的影响因素。[方法]采用门诊两步模型对唐山市1050名农民工两周患病门诊医疗服务利用情况进行分析。[结果]农民工门诊利用受医疗保障状况、文化程度、年龄、病情等多种因素影响。[结论]要完善农民工医疗保障制度,提高医疗服务利用的公平性。[Objective] To constitute the two-part model of out-patient medical sen, ice utilization, and to analyze the alfecting factors that affect the medical service utilization of migrant workers. [Methocts] Used the two-part model, we worked on a study on utilization to out-patient of sickness-two week toward 1 050 migrant workers in Tangshan city. [Results] These factors such as medical security, degree of educated, age, state of an illness and ere. were responsible for the utilizati, on to out-patient of migTant workers. [Corlcltlsion] We should perfect the medical security system of migrant workers, and enhance the equity to medical service utilization.
