摘　　要：[目的]探讨美沙酮维持治疗(MMT)毒瘾患者的心理健康状况及其影响因素,为进一步开展综合性的心理干预提供依据,提高维持治疗效果。[方法]用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持评定量表、简易应对方式问卷及艾森克人格问卷对201例MMT毒瘾患者进行测查;然后用方差分析、多元逐步回归分析等统计方法进行分析。[结果]MMT患者阳性项目数及9项因子分高于中国常模,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);不同性别、不同年龄MMT患者心理健康状况比较时,仅躯体化因子分在不同年龄组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);神经质、精神质因子进入总分、阳性项目数及SCL-90所有因子的回归方程;内外向进入躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、其他、总分的回归方程;消极应对分进入除躯体化外所有因子、总分、阳性项目数的回归方程;积极应对分进入抑郁的回归方程;客观支持分进入焦虑的回归方程。[结论]美沙酮维持治疗患者存在严重的心理问题,其中人格特征、应对方式、社会支持对MMT毒瘾患者心理健康有不同程度的影响。[Objective] To explore the mental health of the drug addicts and influential factors in MM to find some evi- dences for more psychological intervention. [ Methods] Tested 201 cases of drug addiction in MMT by SCL-90, social support scale, simple way to the questionnaire and Eysenck personality Questionnaire, then analyzed the level of their mental health with statistical analysis such as analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis. [Results] Drog addicts in MMT were higher than the Chinese normal people in positive symptom items and 9 factor scores, and the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）; Comparing mental health status with drug addicts in MMT, only somatization among different age groups were significant （P 〈 0.05）; Neuroticism and spirit entered the regression equation of total score, positive symptom items and all faetors of SCL-90; Introversion entered the regression equation of somafization, interpersonal relationships, depression, other, and total score; The negative way entered into all factors （except somatization） including total score, positive symptom items; Active way was into the regression equation of depression; Objective support entered the regression equation of anxiety. [Conclusion] There are serious psychological problems in MMT, and personality characteristics, coping style, social support have different effects on drug addicts in MMT.
