摘　　要：[目的]观察长效合成微粒胶囊除虫菊酯浸泡尼龙蚊帐对嗜人按蚊的击倒效果。[方法]采用WHO推荐的接触筒强迫接触法,观察嗜人按蚊接触药帐的击倒中时(Kt50)和24h后死亡率。[结果]大灭(SC2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯)15mg/m2浸药尼龙蚊帐180d时对嗜人按蚊的击倒中时(Kt50)能达到拜虫杀15mg/m2(SC12.5%高效氟氯氰菊酯)浸药尼龙蚊帐120d时的效果。[结论]2种杀虫剂在尼龙蚊帐上都有较长的残效,但微粒胶囊悬浮剂在药帐上的持效时间要比拜虫杀长,效果更好些。[ Objective] To observe the knockdown effects of Aqueous capsule suspension impregnated bed nets to Anopheles anthropophagus. [Methods] The method recommended by WHO was used. The Kt50 and the mortality of mosquitoes tested after 24h was recorded. [Results] The Kk50 of Demand CS （2.5% eyhalothrin） -impregnated bed nets was with the dosage of 15mg/m2 to Atmpheles anthropophagt,s at the 180 d, which was similar to the effect of Responsar SC （aqueous suspension concentrate, 12.5% Beta-cyfluthrin） impregnated bed nets at the 120 d, ＇also with 15 mg/m2. [Conclusion] Both two bed nets treated by two pesticides have long lasting residual effect, however, demand CS is letter than Respnosar SC, because Aqueous capsule suspension can last more residual effects time.
