海南省2007年健康人群流脑抗体水平监测结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析2007年海南省健康人群的流脑IgG抗体水平及流行病学分布特征,为制订更为科学的流脑防控方案提供理论依据。[方法]采集监测点健康人群血标本,进行脑A群、C群流脑IgG抗体定量检测,根据抗体检测结果结合年龄、性别等因素进行统计学分析。[结果]2007年共检测健康人群血标本614份,其中A群流脑抗体阳性率为68.73%(422/614),C群流脑抗体阳性率为11.56%(71/614),两者抗体阳性率比较差异有统计学意义。4个监测点间比较,海口市A群及C群抗体阳性率均较高。"15岁～"年龄组A群和C群流脑IgG抗体阳性率均最高。流脑IgG抗体的Nemenyi分析,A群抗体浓度各组间没有差异,C群"15岁～"年龄组抗体浓度最高,"﹤1岁"和"7岁～"两个年龄组较低。[结论]目前我省健康人群流脑抗体阳性率A群和C群均不高,尤其是C群流脑IgG抗体阳性率仅为11.56%,不能形成有效的免疫屏障。加强扩大免疫规划后15岁以下适龄儿童的流脑A群或A+C群疫苗接种,尽快提高我省人群的免疫力,具有重要的现实意义。[ Objective ] To analyze meningitis antibody level and its epidemiological characteristics in Hainan province, and provide theoretical basis for making a program for meningitis control. [ Methods] Serum samples were collected, and were detected for group A and C Meningitis, and IgG antibody. The results were analyzed with the factors such as age and sex, etc. [Results] 614 serum samples were detected in 2007, and the positive rate of group A Meningitis antibody was 68.73%, and the positive rate of group C Meningitis antibody was 11.56%. There was statistical significant difference between these two groups. Comparison of the four different districts, the positive rate of group A and C antibody in Haikou was higher than the other three surveillance spots. For different age groups, the positive rates of group A and C IgG antibody of ‘15-’ age group was the highest. As for quantitative detection of the meningitis IgG antibody, and Nemenyi method was used for pairwise comparison of all age groups. There was no significant difference in different concentrations of group A antibody. The concentration group C antibody in ‘15-’ age group was the highest of all age groups, while the antibody concentrations of ‘〈 1’ and ‘7- ’ were lower than the other age groups. [Conclusion] The positive rates of the group A and group C antibody among health population is not high, especially for group C antibody, and the positive rate is only 11.56%, and it could not be an effective immunological barrier. It is necessary to strengthen the group A and A＋C NM vaccine immunization in children who below 15 years old, and improve the immunity among population in our province.
