慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者MRSA感染预防护理措施

摘　　要：[目的]探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并MRSA感染患者的预防护理措施。[方法]本文通过比较某院在2009年和2008年的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并MRSA感染发生率,探讨合理的预防与护理措施对于降低慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并MRSA感染发生率有着重要意义。[结果]2009年1～12月收治的664例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中有5例发生MRSA感染,由于采取了有效的消毒隔离措施,在此期间,未发生MRSA暴发流行,MRSA感染者与前年同期相比减少9例,且2009年MRSA感染发生率明显低于2008年(P﹤0.05)。[结论]护理慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发MRSA感染患者,积极清除肺部痰液对疾病治愈很有帮助。同时应考虑患者心理问题,帮助患者调整心理状态,增强战胜疾病信心。[Objective] To investigate the preventive care measures for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with MRSA infection. [ Methods] This paper compared the prevalence of chronic obstructive puhnonary disease with the incidence of MRSA infection in our hospital in 2009 and 2008, invesitigated reasonable prevention and care measures for reducing chronic obstructive puhnonary disease with MRSA infection rate, which was very., significant. [Results] From January 2009 to December 2009, 5 cases of MRDA infection were found in 664 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Due to effective disinfection measures, during the period, no MRSA outbreak did not happen in our department. The decreased number of MRSA hdection were 9 cases compared with the previous year, and in 2009 the incidence of MRSA infection was significantly lower than in 200g （P 〈 0.05 ）. [Conclusion I The care of chronic obstructive puhnonary disease with MRSA infection, positive clearance of sputum in lungs helps to cure the disease. Taking into account the psychological probletns of patients, and it should help patients＇ psychological adjustment, increase confidence in overcoming the disease.
