4例非典型性腰椎间隙感染诊治探讨分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨无明显原因、非典型性腰椎间隙感染诊治经验。[方法]本组4例患者采用后路病灶清除、植骨融合内固定术。[结果]术后经1～2.5年随诊,术前症状消失,疗效满意,无1例复发。[结论]非典型性腰椎间隙感染与结核鉴别困难,病灶清除术、植骨融合、内固定可获满意疗效。[ Objective] To discuss the experience diagnosis and treatment of atypia infection of intervertebral disc. [ Methods ] The 4 cases patients were operated by internal fixation of focus of infection cleaned up and bone graft fusion. [ Resuits] The symptoms before operation disappeared and there were no recurrence. Followed-up was 1-2.5 years. [Conclusion] Identification of atypia infection of intervertebral disc and tubercle is difficult. Satisfied therapeutic effect is obtained by internal fixation of focus of infection cleaned up and bone graft fusion.
