摘  要:[目的]探讨不同扦插基质对红花槐硬枝扦插成活力的影响。[方法]以1年生枝条作为插穗,以细河沙、泥炭土和大田土为原料配制不同基质,对红花槐插穗进行催根处理,进而观察基质对愈伤组织形成及新梢生长的影响。[结果]6种基质的营养物质含量依次为:泥炭土>细河沙+泥炭土(1∶2)>细河沙+泥炭土(1∶1)>细河沙+泥炭土(2∶1)>大田土>细河沙。不同基质中愈伤组织的形成速度依次为:细河沙+泥炭土(1∶2)>细河沙>泥炭土>细河沙+泥炭土(2∶1)>细河沙+泥炭土(1∶1)>大田土。不同基质中新梢生长趋势依次为:细河沙+泥炭土(1∶2)>细河沙>细河沙+泥炭土(1∶1)>细河沙+泥炭土(2∶1)>泥炭土>大田土。[结论]细河沙+泥炭土(1∶2)可以作为扦插基质用于红花槐的硬枝扦插繁殖。[Objective] The purpose was to discuss the effects of different cutting matrixes on hardwood cutting viability of Robinia hisqida.[Method] With 1-year old branches as cutting slips,different matrixes were formulated with fine river sand,peat soil and field soil as raw materials for promoting rooting of R.hisqida cutting slips,so as to observe the effects of matrixes on callus forming and growth of new shoots.[Result] The nutrients contents of 6 kinds of matrixes were as follows in order:peat soilfine river sand+peat soil(1∶2)〉fine river sand+peat soil(1∶1)〉fine river sand+peat soil(2∶1)〉field soil〉fine river sand.The forming speeds of calli in different matrixes were as follows in sequence:fine river sand+peat soil(1∶2)〉fine river sand〉peat soil〉fine river sand+peat soil(2∶1)〉fine river sand+peat soil(1∶1)〉field soil.The growth trends of new shoots from different matrixes were as follows in sequence:fine river sand+peat soil(1∶2)〉fine river sand fine river sand+peat soil(1∶1)〉fine river sand+peat soil(2∶1)〉peat soil〉field soil.[Conclusion] Fine river sand+peat soil(1∶2)〉could be used as cutting matrix for hardwood cutting propagation of R.hisqida.
