摘 要:[目的]研究风铃草大孢子母细胞减数分裂进程及其即时判别。[方法]以阔叶风铃草为材料,采用常规石蜡切片技术对其大、小孢子母细胞减数分裂进程及其相互关系进行研究。[结果]风铃草的大、小孢子母细胞减数分裂进程与花芽外部形态存在一定的相关性,可从花芽长度变化估计大、小孢子母细胞减数分裂进程;风铃草大、小孢子母细胞减数分裂进程亦存在一定的时序相关性,当风铃草花芽发育到5mm时,小孢子多数已发育至四分体和单核早期,大孢子母细胞减数分裂才进入粗线期。风铃草花芽解剖表明花药和子房是上、下结构的位置关系。[结论]根据雌、雄配子发生、发育的时序性对应关系,通过对同一花芽的小孢子发育进程的观察,可以对风铃草大孢子母细胞减数分裂进程进行即时判别。[Objective]The aim was to research Campanula megaspore mother cell meiosis process and its real-time discrimination.[Method]With broad-leaved Campanula as the material,conventional paraffin technique was used to study its megaspore mother cell(PMC)and microspore mother cell(MMC)meiosis process and their mutual relations.[Result]There was a certain correlation between PMC and MMC meiosis process of Campanula and the flower bud morphology,PMC and MMC meiosis process could be estimated from the change of flower bud length;there also was a certain degree of timing correlation between PMC and MMC meiosis process,when the Campanula flower bud developed to 5 mm,most of MMC had developed to the tetrad and single-core early megaspore mother cell meiosis,while PMC just had entered the pachytene.The relationship between Campanula flower bud anther and ovary anatomy was the upper and lower location of the structure of the relationship.[Conclusion]According to sequential correspondence of gametogenesis and development between male and female,Campanula PMC meiosis process could be real-time judged by observing the same process of flower bud development of the microspore mother cell.
