摘　　要：对国内外水土保持径流调控措施进行了综述。在我国,主要研究了水土保持措施对径流、水环境效应、小流域综合生态经济效益的影响,以及径流空间尺度效应。在国外,一直以机理性研究为主导,其发展方向主要侧重于大型水文模型的建立和推导。Runoff control measures for soil and water conservation at home and abroad were reviewed.In China,effects of soil and water conservation measures on runoff,water environment,small watershed ecological and economic benefits were studied as well as spatial scale effects of runoff.In foreign countries,there has been a rational study of machanism led by the direction of its development focused primarily on large-scale hydrological model＇s building and derivation.
