摘 要:[目的]研究商陆、狗尾草、紫花地丁3种植物提取物对菜粉蝶的拒食作用。[方法]采用丙酮冷浸法对商陆、狗尾草、紫花地丁3种植物的活性成分进行提取,并利用小叶碟添加法测定各提取物对菜粉蝶幼虫的非选择性拒食活性。[结果]3种植物中,商陆丙酮浸出液对菜粉蝶的拒食作用效果最好,24、48h拒食率分别为74.53%和82.34%;商陆提取物对菜粉蝶3龄幼虫的拒食效果随其浓度增加而增大,0.050g/ml处理的拒食率为最高,24、48h拒食率分别为74.53%和82.34%。[结论]商陆可作为潜在植物源杀虫剂以供研究和利用。[Objective] The research aimed to study antifeedant activity of Phytolacca,Setaria viridis(L.)Beauv and Viola yedoensis Makino extracts to Pieris rapae.[Method] Activity material was extracted from S.viridis,Phytolacca and V.yedoensis by acetone cold soak method,and non-selective antifeedant activity of extracts to Pieris rapae larva was determined by using lobular plate addition method.[Result] The results showed that the acetone leaching agent of Phytolacca had most obvious antifeedant effects on Pieris rapae.The antifeedant rate was 74.53%,82.34% at 24h and 48h respectively.With increasing of concentration,the antifeedant effect of Phytolacca,extracts increased.[Conclusion] Phytolacca could be studied and utilized as potential botanical insecticide.
