腹腔淋巴结影像断层解剖学的研究

摘　　要：目的为腹腔淋巴结的临床诊断提供断层影像解剖学资料。方法对6具尸体标本的上腹部横断层、CT、MRI扫描图像进行观察,观察腹腔淋巴结的位置,测量其横断面矢径和横径,辨认在MRI、CT扫描图像中的腹腔淋巴结。结果共观察到8个腹腔淋巴结,单具标本腹腔淋巴结的数目有1～2个;其横断面呈椭圆形或长椭圆形,矢径为(5.27±2.18)mm,横径为(2.35±1.12)mm,组织疏松较软,横断面上可见管腔断面;在MRI扫描图像上能被清晰分辨,在尸体标本的CT扫描图像上与周围结构界线不清。结论腹腔淋巴结与腹腔神经节的鉴别,在断面标本中可通过观察组织是否致密,有无管腔断面进行确定;在CT、MRI扫描图像上主要根据他们的位置关系进行确定。Objective To provide the data of imaging section anatomy for diagnozing the celiac lymph node.Methods The abdominal transverse section,CT and MRI image of six specimens were observed respectively to locate and identify the celiac lymph nodes and measure their long and wide diameters.Results Totally eight celiac lymph nodes were observed,1～2 in each specimen.It is soft and loose in tissue,oval and long oval in shape with a long diameter of（5.27±2.18） mm and a wide diameter of（2.35±1.12） mm.The transverse section of their ducts can be seen on the abdominal transverse cut section.The celiac lymph nodes can be clearly differentiated on MRI image,however,no distinct boundary can be found between them and the surrounding structures on CT image.Conclusions The celiac lymph node and celiac ganglia can be distinguished by observing whether the tissue is compact and whether the transverse section of the ducts can be seen on the cut sections.Moreover,they can be differentiated by observing the different locations on CT and MR images.
