从产业集群到产业基地的距离——来自沧州“体育器材之乡”的调研思考

摘　　要：参考多种文献,通过实地考察,对沧州体育用品制造业进行了研究。结果表明:沧州作为全国体育器材的主要集聚地之一,虽在全国有一定知名度,但其整体产值与市场竞争力相对于国内其他体育器材生产聚集地却较为落后,集群竞争优势发挥不明显。以"体育器材之乡"杨集乡企业集群作为个案,深入分析了该集群发展的特征,存在的优势与不足,明确了该产业集群与现代化产业基地的差距,提出了实现现代化产业基地的合理化对策与建议。Referring to many documents,through study on the spot,this thesis gave research to sporting goods manufacturing industry of city Cangzhou,the results showed that,city Cangzhou Yang as one of the main gathering place of national sporting goods manufacturing industry,although there is a certain well-known across the country,but its overall value and market competitiveness relative to other domestic production of sports equipment is lagging behind,competitive cluster advantage is not obvious.＂villages of sport equipment＂as case,this thesis surveyed deeply the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of cluster development,definiting the gap between modern industrial base and industrial cluster,putting forward reasonable suggestions of realization to modern industrial base.
