区域体育竞争力评价体系的构建与实证研究——以两型社会试验区为例

摘　　要：借鉴系统学理论,采用特尔斐法,通过对指标的初选和完善,构建出区域体育竞争力评价指标体系。采集各指标原始数据,对其进行规范化、标准化处理,利用层次分析法,求得区域体育竞争力的各指标及各子系统的权重。通过加权线性和法,求算出2008年——2009年武汉城市圈和长株潭城市群区域体育竞争力的水平指数,为地方政府及相关体育部门制定体育发展规划提供参考。System theory and Delphi method were referenced and used in this article to build a regional sports competitiveness evaluation index system through the primaries and improvement of indicators.Raw data was collected to carry out the standardized treatment;analytic hierarchy process was also used to obtain the competitiveness of regional sports each index and the subsystem weight.Weighted linear method was used to calculate the 2008-2009 city of Wuhan municipal Circles and the CZT group of regional sports competitive level index for the sports department of the local government and related plan for the development of sports layout.
