加用补气活血化痰通脉方治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察补气活血化痰通脉方治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效并从血脂及ICAM-1、VCAM-1、CD40等炎症介质方面探讨其疗效机制。[方法]将90例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为2组,对照组45例予西药常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服补气活血化痰通脉方。分别观察治疗前后心绞痛发作的变化、硝酸甘油用量、心电图变化;并检测血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、hs-CRP、ICAM-1、VCAM-1、sCD40L水平。[结果]16周后,2组血清TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP、ICAM-1、VCAM-1、sCD40L均有降低;血清HDL-C水平升高,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补气活血化痰通脉方能缓解不稳定型心绞痛患者心绞痛症状、改善心肌缺血心电图、调节脂质代谢、抑制炎症反应。[Objective]to observe the efficacy of unstable angina pectoris Treated by Buqihuoxue-Huatantongmai formula and to approach the effect mechanism in terms of Blood-fat and ICAM-1,VCAM-1,CD40 and other inflammatory mediators.[Method]90 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group with 45 patients was accepted western medicine treatment;the Treatment group was accepted additional Buqihuoxue-Huatantongmai formula treat on the basis of conventional treatment. Nitroglycerin consumption,electrocardiogram changes of two groups were observed respectively in angina pectoris beforeand after treatment;and serum TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,hs-CRP,ICAM-1,VCAM-1,and sCD40L levels were detected. [Results]After 16 weeks,serum TC,TG,LDL-C,hs-CRP,ICAM-1,VCAM-1,sCD40L of two groups reduced;the increase of serum HDL-C levels in the treatment group were superior to the control group（P 0.05）.[Conclusion]Buqihuoxue-Huatantongmai formula can relieve angina symptoms in patients with unstable angina and improve myocardial ischemia,regulate the lipid metabolism,and inhibit the inflammatory response.
