四川马铃薯晚疫病生理小种鉴定及品种抗病评价

摘　　要：2003~2007年,采用离体叶片测定法,利用Black等生理小种与鉴别寄主基因型关系对四川省9个市县的241个单孢菌株进行生理小种测定;对马铃薯品种（系）进行了抗病性鉴定。试验结果表明：①四川马铃薯晚疫病菌生理小种由11种类型组成,即为3,4号、3号、4号、1,3,4号、2,3,4号、2,4号、2,3号、1,2,3,4号、1,2号、0号和2号。优势种群为3,4号小种,占53.53%,次优势种群为3号小种和1,3,4号,分别占18.67%和10.79%。②新都区、彭州市和什邡县的马铃薯晚疫病菌生理小种组成较复杂,有6~7种生理小种类型,而昭觉县、普格县、茂县和彭山县生理小种组成简单,只有3,4号和3号两种生理小种组成。③室内抗性鉴定中,3,4号优势小种菌株作为接种物鉴定,鉴定结果更接近田间鉴定结果。4.通过室内人工接种和田间自然发病鉴定,推荐的抗性品系有011-47、215-20、80.2、2115-15、215-1、013-8、218-5和9201-9,其中通过了四川省审定和省生产试验的品系有011-47、215-20、80.2、2115-15、013-8和015-2等。In 2003-2007,241 single-spore isolates,collected from nine cities and counties in Sichuan province,were identified in vitro using leaf assay,relation with physiological race and differential host genotypes for physiological race.And potato varieties（lines） were identified against Phytophthora infestans.The results showed that（i） Physiological races of Phytophthora infestans in Sichuan were composed of 11 types,namely,No.3,4,No.3,No.4,No.1,3,4,No.2,3,4,No.2,4,No.2,3,No.1,2,3,4,No.1,2,No.0 and No.2.The first dominant populations were No.3 and No.4,accounting for 53.53 %.The second dominant populations were No.3 and No.1,3,4,accounting for 18.67 % and 10.79 %,respectively.（ii） In Xindu,Pengzhao and Shifang,the composition of the physiological race of Phytophthora infestans was complexity.There were 6 or 7 populations（types）.And in Zhaojue,Puge,Manxian and Pengshan,the composition of the physiological race was simple.There were No.3,4 and No.3.（iii） Potato varieties were identified with No.3,4 of Phytophthora infestans by artificial inoculation indoor resistant disease.The result of using dominant race as inoculum was close to identification in the fields by natural inoculation.（iv）Recommended resistant lines were 011-47,215-20,80.2,2115-15,215-1,013-8,218-5 and 9201-9 by indoor and field identification.Among those lines,011-47,215-20,80.2,2115-15,013-8 and 015-2 passed variety identification of Sichuan district and production.
