摘  要:对番木瓜Carica papaya L.炭疽病果组织进行分离、病原菌鉴定及其生物学特性测定。结果表明,该病原菌初步鉴定为胶孢炭疽Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.,在PDA培养基上生长速度最快。菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发的适宜温度分别为20~30℃和25~30℃,适宜pH值分别为7~9和6~10。供试的9种碳源中以葡萄糖和蔗糖有利于病原菌的生长,以蔗糖有利于该菌分生孢子的萌发;供试的9种氮源中,以蛋白胨和酵母浸膏最有利于菌丝生长,以酵母浸膏最有利于该菌分生孢子的萌发。完全黑暗与光暗交替有利于菌丝生长,光暗交替有利于孢子萌发。The identification and biological characterization of the pathogen isolated from papaya(Carica papaya L.)fruit induced by anthracnose were studied in this paper.The results showed that the pathogen was Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.,growing most quickly on PDA under experimental conditions.The optimum temperature for its mycelial growth and conidial germination were 20-30 ℃and 25-30 ℃ separately,and the optimum pH were 7-9 and 6-10.The glucose,sucrose were more beneficial for the mycelial growth and the latter more beneficial for conidial germination than the other carbon sources.To the nitrogen sources,the peptone and yeast extract was more favorable for mycelial growth than the others and the yeast extract was the best for its conidial germination.Besides,the condition of constant darkness and light-dark alternation were effective for mycelial growth,but just the light-dark alternation was conducive for the conidial germination.
