云南几种兰花菌根真菌的分离鉴定

摘　　要：从采自云南昆明的墨兰,文山红竹兰、大雪素、小雪素、惠兰、春绿兰以及采自丽江、保山的小雪素根中分离到12株真菌。通过培养性状、ITS序列分析鉴定得出分离菌株分别属于镰刀菌属(Fusarium)、丝核菌属(Rhizoctonia)、格孢腔菌属(Pleospora)、毛壳菌属(Choetarnium)、柱孢属(Cylindrocarpon sp.)。本文首次从采自云南的大雪素和小雪素中分离兰花菌根真菌。从墨兰中分离到格孢腔菌属(Pleospora)真菌在国内未见报道。Twelve isolates were obtained from several terrestrial orchids in Yunnan： C.sinense,C.wenshanenese,C.daxuesunese,C.xiaoxuesunese,Cymbidium faberi,C.faberi var.szechuanicum and orchids form Kunming,Wenshan,Lijiang and Baoshan.According to the test of cultural characteristics and rDNA ITS sequence analysis,These isolates were categorized as follows：Fusarium,Rhizoctonia,Pleospora,Choetarnium,Cylindrocarpon sp.This was first report on that Pleospora was isolated from C.sinense.
