摘  要:从发病桑椹上分离纯化出一株真菌,对其进行形态学、分子生物学鉴定,此菌株为一种桑椹致病菌,为桑茎点霉Phomam oricola。对该菌株的生物学特性研究发现,菌株在多种培养基上均可以生长,在PDA和燕麦培养基生长最适合;适合温度为18~23℃,最适pH值为6,最适碳、氮源为淀粉和NaNO3。A fungi from mulberry disease was isolated and studied with morphological and molecular method.It was a new pathogen that belongs to Phoma moricola.Biological characteristics of Phoma moricola were preliminarily studied.The optimum mediums for growth were PDA and oatemeal agar.The optimum temperature for mycelia growth was 18-23 ℃.The optimum pH was 6.The fungus grew better in starch as carbon source and in sodium nitrate as nitrogen source.
