摘  要:本文对来自日本、美国以及中国四川和广东等地的共26份紫苏属材料的主要农艺性状进行相关和通径分析。相关分析结果表明,9个相关性状对单株籽粒产量影响的顺序:千粒重、叶片数、穗粒数、总穗数、叶干重、一级分支数、株高、茎干重、叶鲜重。多元回归分析表明,总穗数(x7)、穗粒数(x8)和千粒重(x9)是影响产量的主要因素,3个因素对单株籽粒产量的多元回归方程为y=-26.8880+0.1056x7+0.0734x8+22.8816x9(r=0.9942**)。通径分析也表明,千粒重(x9)、总穗数(x7)和穗粒数(x8)是影响单株籽粒产量的主要因素,所以在油用型紫苏属植物的选育过程中应该注意选育大粒、穗多型品种。Correlation and path analysis of the agronomic traits of 26 Perilla accessions from Japan,American,Sichuan and Guangdong Province of China were conducted.The influencing order of these factors on the seed yield per plant was as follwes: the 1000-seed yield,number of leaves,grain number,total spik,dry weight of leaf,number of primary branches,plant height,stem weight,fresh weight of leaf.Multiple regression analysis showed that the total spik(x7),grain number(x8),1000-seed yield(x9)were the main traits affecting the seed yield per plant.Multiple regression equation of the seed yield per plant and three traits was y=-26.8880+0.1056 x7+0.0734 x8+22.8816 x9(r=0.9942**).Path analysis also showed that 1000-seed yield(x9),the total spik(x7) and grain number(x8) were the major factors to affect the yield per plant.Therefore,in the process of breeding Perilla new varieties,the larger grain,mult-spike-type cultivars should be considered.
