摘 要:藏猪为我国高原特色的原始小型猪种,其生长发育速度缓慢。本研究采用PCR-RFLP技术检测藏猪IGF Ⅰ基因外显子4和IGF Ⅱ基因内含子7酶切多态性。结果发现藏猪IGF Ⅰ基因exon4-PCR-HhaI-RFLP出现AA、AB和BB 3种基因型,AA基因型频率较高,为66.07%;等位基因A和B频率分别为80.36%和19.34%。藏猪IGF Ⅱ基因intron7-G162C位点全部为GG基因型,intron7-C179G位点全部为CC基因型。藏猪这2个基因的基因型分布与国内外其他猪种表现差异,这可能与其生长速度慢有关。Tibet Pig was a special Chinese indigenous pig breed native to high-altitude areas of Tibet.In the present study,the polymorphisms of exon4 of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF Ⅰ) and intron7 of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ(IGF Ⅱ) were measured with the method of PCR-RFLP in Tibet pig.The results showed that there were three genotypes,AA,AB and BB,for IGF Ⅰ-exon4-PCR-Hha Ⅰ-RFLP in Tibet pig population,and the predominant genotypes was AA(60.07%).The frequencies of allele A and allele B were 80.36% and 19.34%,respectively.The genotype of IGF Ⅱ-intron7-G162C was GG and the genotype of IGF Ⅱ-intron7-C179G was CC in all Tibet pig individual.The distribution of genotype of the two genes in Tibet pig population was different with other pig breeds,and might be relative to the low growth rate of the Tibet pig.
