摘  要:通过文献研究和实地调查,对云南少数民族特用蔬菜文化进行调查。首次报道代表云南少数民族文化内涵的蔬菜28种,分别属于20科。发现不同民族在不同地域环境或具有一定时空距离时,其选择的蔬菜种类利用方式上有所不同,这与当地的生活习惯、居住环境及传统信仰有着极为密切的关系。Unusual vegetables eaten by ethnic groups in Yunnan were investigated through literature and fieldwork.The results showed that there was 20 families,28 species of unusual vegetable in Yunnan for the first time.It had been discovered there were different utilization between ethnic groups,depending on living habit,inhabitation environment and traditional religion.Although some species were eaten by many people,their objective of purpose and symbol including vegetable culture were different in different regions.
