除虫菊组织培养快繁技术研究

摘　　要：摘要：通过除虫菊组织培养技术外植体消毒试验,确定了消毒方法：75%酒精中浸泡30 s,再放入0.1%升汞中处理10m in,无菌水冲洗2~3次;通过正交试验及优化筛选,建立了除虫菊适宜增殖培养基：MS＋BA 0.5 mg/L＋NAA 0.05 mg/L和MS＋BA 1.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.05 mg/L;通过在培养基中添加不同浓度生长素,得到适合除虫菊的生根培养基：1/2MS＋NAA 0.5 mg/L。The trial of explant disinfection through the Pyrethrum cinerariifolium Trev.tissue culture technology was carried out.The disinfection method was determined as 30s soaking in 75 % ethyl alcohol,again 10min puting in 0.1 % HgCl,2-3 times washing by the sterilized water.Through the orthogonal experiment and optimized screening,the suitable multiplication culture medium（MS＋BA 0.5 mg/L＋NAA 0.1 mg/L and MS＋BA 1.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.1 mg/L） for Pyrethrum cineraria folium Trey was established.Through increasing the different density growth hormone in the culture medium,the rooting medium as 1/2MS＋NAA 0.5 mg/L for the Pyrethrum cineraria folium Trey was obtained.
