摘 要:对早银桂光合速率进行了测定。通过研究早银桂在当地的日变化规律,了解其光合特性,为夏季栽培管理提供参考。结果表明:早银桂日变化曲线呈双峰型,峰值出现在10:00和16:00,有明显的光合午休现象。气孔因素是导致午休的主要原因,同时也受非气孔因素的影响,中午光照强度大,温度高,湿度低,诱导了叶片光合午休。早银桂的净光合速率与蒸腾速率、气孔导度呈明显的正相关关系,与气温、有效光合辐射等生态因子也有较强的相关性。The photosynthetic characteristics of Osmanthus fragrans 'Zaoyingui' were researched by CIRAS-2 portable photosynthesis system.The result shows that the diurnal net photosynthetic rate of Osmanthus fragrans 'Zaoyingui' in sunny day varied with two peak curves.The peaks occurred at 10:00 and 16:00.It had midday depression obviously.Stomatal factors are the main reason of midday depression.Intensity PAR,high temperature and low humidity induced midday depression of photosynthesis.The net photosynthetic rate of Osmanthus fragrans 'Zaoyingui' has a significant positive correlation between a transpiration rate and stomatal conductance;it also has a strong relationship with temperature,effective photosynthetic radiation and other ecological factors.
