摘  要:表面纵裂纹是连铸坯的主要缺陷,尤其是包晶钢对裂纹最为敏感,包晶钢的纵裂纹问题长期以来一直困扰着冶金工作者。随着热装热送技术和薄板坯连铸连轧技术的发展,无缺陷铸坯的生产变得十分重要。结合前人和作者的研究工作,综述了包晶钢纵裂纹的形成及防止对策,希望对解决包晶钢纵裂纹问题有所裨益。Longitudinal crack is the most common surface defects arising in slabs.It is well-known that peritectic steel is particularly vulnerable to longitudinal cracking.This problem has long plagued metallurgical workers.With development of hot delivery and hot charging and thin slab continuous casting-continuous rolling technology,no defects casting billet production become even more important.Combined with previous studies and the author's work,this paper discussed formation of longitudinal cracks of peritectic steel and reviewed countermeasures to prevent it.The authors hope that this has some benefit for solve the problem of longitudinal crack on peritectic steel slab.
