摘　　要：针对韶钢宽板坯连铸机在生产过程中黏结漏钢和卷渣漏钢发生率高的情况,从设备、工艺、操作等方面分析出影响漏钢的主要原因,并逐项采取优化改进措施,实施效果明显,漏钢率由0.12%降低到了0.02%左右。According to problem that sticking breakout and entrapped slag breakout of wide slab caster occurred frequently during production process in Shaoguan Iron and Steel.Main reasons for the breakout were analyzed on equipment,process,operation,etc and optimized improvement measures were taken with item-by-item,implementation effect was obvious that breakout rate was reduced from 0.12% to about 0.02%.
