摘 要:本文以乙炔为碳源,Co/NaCl作催化剂(Co含量为2wt.%),在420℃条件下用化学气相沉积(CVD)法合成内包Co的碳纳米颗粒(CNPs)。采用场发射扫描电子显微镜、高分辨透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射和拉曼散射仪对产物进行了结构表征和分析。结果表明:反应温度为420℃时合成了大量内包Co的CNPs,这些颗粒的石墨片层大部分呈层状堆积结构;将样品在浓盐酸中浸泡48h后,Co仍被碳壳层包覆,说明碳壳层对Co颗粒起到了保护作用,进一步将样品在900℃时进行热处理,其石墨化程度略有提高;并基于实验现象,探讨了内包Co的CNPs的生长机理,建立了本实验条件下内包Co的CNPs生长所遵循的气-固生长模型。Cobalt-encapsulating carbon nanoparticles(CNPs) were synthesized by chemical vapor deposition using acetylene as carbon resource and Co /NaCl(2 wt.% Co) as catalyst precursor at 420 ℃.The products were examined by field emission scanning electron microscopy,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy.The results show that large quantities of cobalt-encapsulating CNPs with stacked graphitic fragments were prepared at 420 ℃.After immersing in concentrated HCl for 48 h,cobalt nanoparticles encapsulated by carbon shells were not removed.It means that carbon shells can protect the encapsulated cobalt cores against environmental degradation.When the products were further heat-treated at 900 ℃ in an argon atmosphere for 3 h,cobalt-encapsulating CNPs with higher graphitization degree were obtained.The growth mechanism of cobalt-encapsulating CNPs was suggested in accordance with a vapor-solid growth model.
