摘 要:考察了α-Fe2O3在MCM-41,HMS和KIT-1三类介孔分子筛上的分散情况,以及介孔分子筛负载氧化铁催化剂的乙苯脱氢性能.实验结果表明,α-Fe2O3能有效地分散在介孔分子筛的表面上,其分散阈值远高于其他载体,由此大大提高了乙苯脱氢反应的活性.Dispersion of α Fe 2O 3 on mesoporous molecular sieves, such as MCM 41, HMS and KIT 1, and ethylbenzene dehydrogenation activities of the mesoporous molecular sieve supported α Fe 2O 3 catalysts have been studied. The results show that α Fe 2O 3 can be highly dispersed onto the surface of the mesoporous molecular sieves, and its dispersion capacities on the mesoporous molecular sieves are much larger than those on other oxide and zeolite supports. Hence the specific activity of the supported catalysts towards ethylbenzene dehydrogenation is obviously increased. However, incorporation of potassium into the supported catalysts brings unfavourable effect.
