摘 要:对复杂难选某褐铁矿进行了闪速磁化焙烧—弱磁选试验研究,获得铁精矿品位TFe 60.67%、回收率94.49%的技术指标。结果表明:应用闪速磁化焙烧—弱磁选技术处理褐铁矿,流程结构简单,控制方便,运行稳定,是高效开发利用褐铁矿的有效手段,对开发同类或类似复杂难选矿石也具有借鉴、指导意义。The test research on magnetization roasting quickly and low-intensity magnetic separation technology for a complex and refractory limonite ore was carried out.And iron concentrate of TFe 60.67% with a recovery of 94.49% was obtained.The results showed that the flowsheet of magnetization roasting quickly and low-intensity magnetic separation technology which has the advantages of simple flow structure,convenient control and stable running was an effective method for development and utilization of limonite.It can also be used as a reference for exploiting and utilizing other similar refractory iron ores.
