摘 要:研究了不同空气流速时翅片间距为0.9~10mm范围内垂直放置矩形直翅片组的稳态传热性能,探讨了翅片间距对翅片组散热性能的影响.以单位传热基面面积上翅片组的散热速率最大为衡量标准,在本实验所用翅片的参数范围内,当雷诺数从1000增大到16800时,最优翅片间距从3.2mm减小到2.0mm.用散热片组的当量直径作为定性尺寸,得到了计算翅片组平均对流传热系数的无量纲传热准数关联式.Experimental investigations of steady_state convective heat transfer from an array of vertical rectangular aluminum fins protruding from a horizontal rectangular base have been carried out. The effect of space between adjacent fins on the heat dissipation properties of the fin array was investigated. An optimal fin space corresponding to the maximum heat transfer rate from the fin array to the ambient air was observed,which was decreased from 3.2 mm to 2.0 mm when the Reynolds mumber was increased from 1 000 to 16 800. A non_dimensional expression in terms of the Nusselt number and Reynolds number and fin's geometrical parameters was obtained from the experimental results, which could be used to predict the average heat transfer coefficient between the fin surface of such a fin array and the forced convective air_flow.
