摘　　要：主要介绍了永通公司烧结机技术改造前的情况,即通过技术改造解决了烧结机作业率低、漏风率大、主风机电流波动大、点火温度低、烟尘排放量大和烧结矿产质量低等一系列问题,取得了较好的经济效果。This paper introduces the situation before transformation of sintering machine at Yong-tong Corporation, through the transformation, it solved a series of question that sintering machine operation rate is low, air leakage rate is high, the current of the main fan is fierce fluctuating, the ignition temperature is low, the emission of smoke or dust is very large and the yield and quality is low and so on, the good economic effect has been achieved.
