摘 要:河南省是全国有名的旅游资源大省,尤其是文化旅游资源具有得天独厚的比较优势。但旅游业在全国及国际上的竞争力却不高。旅游产业集群化发展还不太成熟。各区域之间存在无序竞争、合作力度不强、旅游相关产业不能协调发展等问题;资源开发上还存在综合开发力度不够、产品结构单一等问题,这些都严重影响了河南省旅游业的发展。河南省要想实现由资源大省向旅游强省的跨越式发展,必须深挖资源的文化内涵、提升旅游产品结构、打造区域知名品牌、加强旅游企业与相关产业的有效合作,走集群化发展的道路,提升旅游业的整体竞争力。Henan is a province with numerous famous tourism resources, especially the cultural tourism resources have a unique comparative advantage. However, the competitiveness of tourism in Henan is not high. Development of the tourism industry clustering is not yet mature. Disorderly competition, low level of cooperation, not coordinated development of tourism-related industries exist in the various regions. The deficient efforts on comprehensive development of tourism resource and the single product structure had seriously affected the development of tourism industry in Henan province. If Henan province wants to realize leap-forward development from tourism big province to travels the strong province, it must deep develop the cultural connotation of culture, enhance the tourism product structure, create regional brands, strengthen effective cooperation between tourism enterprises and related industries. It is necessary to develop tourism industry cluster and upgrade the overall competitiveness of tourism.
