冷轧深冲板的成形性能研究

摘　　要：通过拉伸、宏观织构、FLD等实验,测试并比较了SPCD和SPCE冷轧板的成形性能。实验结果表明,除各向异性指数外,SPCE冷轧板的成形性能均优于SPCD。同时,还分析了基本成形性能对钢板胀形过程的影响。The forming properties of SPCD AND SPCE cold-rolled sheet are tested and compared through experiments such as drawing,macrostructure and FLD.It is showed from the result that the forming property of SPCE is better than that of SPCD except anisotropy index.At the same time the effect of the property on bulge process of plate analyzed.
