满山红滴丸平喘抗炎作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究满山红滴丸的平喘及抗炎作用。方法通过对豚鼠的平喘作用实验、豚鼠离体气管平滑肌试验考察满山红滴丸的平喘作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿试验考察抗炎作用。结果满山红滴丸分别以28、56、112mg/kg豚鼠灌胃,能够缩短豚鼠喘息潜伏期;0.12、0.24、0.48mg/ml的浓度均能显著对抗1.67×10-5g/ml磷酸组胺引起的豚鼠气管平滑肌收缩;分别以70、140、280mg/kg小鼠灌胃,能较明显地抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀;35、70、140mg/kg大鼠灌胃,中剂量和高剂量能够显著抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿。结论满山红滴丸有较明显的平喘和抗炎作用。Objective To investigate the antiasthmatic and anti-inflammatory activities of Folium Rhododendri Daurici Dripping-pills. Methods Antiasthmatic activity in guinea pigs and ex vivo guinea pig tracheal smooth muscle experiment were employed to evaluate the antiasthmatic effects of Folium Rhododendri Daurici Dripping-pill; acute and chronic animal models, such as xylenc-induced ear edem in mice and cotton ball induced granuloma in rats, were employed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects. Results In guinea pigs, gavage of 28, 56 and 112 mg/kg Folium Rhododendri Daurici Dripping-pill were shown to shorten the latency of wheezing, gavage of 70, 140 and 280 mg/kg pills appeared to inhibit the smooth muscle contraction induced by 1.67×10-5 g/ml histamine phosphate, gavage of 70, 140 140 mg·kg-1 pills remarkably ameliorated acid granuloma induced by cotton-pills. Conclusion Folium Rhodo- dendri Daurici Dripping-pill can be antiasthmatic and anti-inflammatory activities.
