摘　　要：基于圆弧圆柱蜗杆（ＺＣ）的齿廓方程，讨论了这种曲纹面蜗杆的齿廓测量原理和误差计算数学模型。介绍了反求ＺＣ１蜗杆参数时涉及到的齿廓测量与数据分析方法。给出了在ＨＣＭ３２０柱坐标测量机上ＺＣ１蜗杆齿廓的实测结果。Based on the profile equation,the principle and model of measuring the profile of ZC 1 worms is discussed.The methods of measuring the profile of ZC 1 worms and reverse calculating worm parameters are presented.The result of measuring the profile of a ZC 1 worm by a cylindrical coordinate measuring machine is given.
