摘 要:研究了热扩散处理工艺对电镀硬铬层耐磨性的影响。结果表明,在不同的摩擦系统下,热扩散处理对电镀硬铬层的耐磨性的影响规律不同。在油润滑条件下,耐磨性对网状裂纹的特性相当敏感。具有网状裂纹的电镀硬铬层更适合于在油润滑条件下应用。电镀硬铬层在较高温度下服役时,其硬度和耐磨性下降。对柴油机排气阀阀杆而言,应关心电镀硬铬层的硬度和耐磨性于服役过程中的变化。The effect of heat diffusion treatment on wear-resistant properties of the electroplated hard chromium coat were studied. The result shows that heat diffusion treatment has different influences on their wear-resistant properties in different friction system. Under the oiled condition,wear-resistance is very sensitiue to the features of netty crack. The coat with some netty crack is more suitable for the application on the oiled condition. When worked at higher temperature. its hardness and wear-resistance will.
