摘  要:"点—轴系统"理论对区域经济开发来说具有非常重要的理论价值和实践价值,高速公路经济带是区域经济发展的物流中枢。文章在分析"平—罗"高速公路经济带空间结构及文山州内交通物流系统现状的基础上,以"点—轴系统"理论为基础,结合"平—罗"高速公路经济带空间结构,确定区域经济新增长极,论证"平—罗"高速公路成为区域增长轴的可能,并重点利用增长轴将以"点"为中心的"面"即各级区域经济系统空间网络化,构建"点"、"轴"、"面"相结合的文山州"通道经济"体系,从而优化"平—罗"高速公路经济带空间结构,实现文山州"通道经济"的快速可持续发展。The Pole-axis System Theory has very important academic value and instructional significance in re- gional economic development; The highway economic belt is the transportation center of the regional economic devel- opment. On the basis of analyzing the Ping-Luo highway of economic belt's spatial construction, and the Present situa- tion of traffic logistic system within Wenshan Prefecture, combining Ping-Luo highway economic belt's spatial con- struction, this paper defines the regional economic growth pole and demonstrates the possibility of regional economic development axle of Ping-Luo highway, and then links the economic development axle, so as to built up the net work of all grades of the regional economic system and combination of point, axis and plate of Wenshan Prefecture's pas- sageway economy, to optimize the spatial construction of Ping-Luo highway economic belt, and realize the rapid and sustainable development of Wenshan Prefecture's passageway economy.
