摘　　要：介绍了用微机和可编程序控制器（ＰＬＣ）组成两级分布式冲天炉自动加料控制系统的设计及实现方法。该系统以ＰＬＣ作为与工业现场关联的前沿单元工作站，用微机监视整个系统的运行状态，对收集到的现场数据进行分析和管理，高可靠性地实现了对冲天炉加料系统的自动控制。Two stage distributed control system using PC and PLC is illustrated. The PLC connected with industrial facilities is used as work station unit, an IBM PC computer is applied to monitor working state of the whole system and analyze, manage the data collected from the industrial facilities. The system implements automatic control for smelting works with high reliability.
