摘　　要：针对消失模铸造涂料性能测试方法上存在的问题，提出了用同一装置和试样连续测试多项性能的新方法，开发研究出了消失模铸造涂料多性能综合测定装置。运用该装置初步研究表明，这种方法便于综合分析涂料的性能，具有较高的可靠性和灵敏度。Coating technology is very important in Lost Foam Casting (LFC) process. Coating property test is necessary for coating studying and controlling. Many coating test methods have been appeared in recent years. After a review of the former study, a new innovation on LFC coating property test is carried out, that is, testing several properties continuously with a single sample and apparatus, which has great advantage in cost, time and synthetic analysis. An apparatus based on the new idea has been developed. Some initial study on LFC coating was done with this apparatus, which showed its reliability, sensitivity and convenience.
