陕西省主要树种内生菌根真菌的调查

摘　　要：用“透明压片法”对本省境内的一些主要树种进行了显微观察,发现34种有内生菌根真菌侵染。研究发现,在自然状态下,真菌菌丝直径变化较大,一般是0.60～11.25μm。厚垣孢子的种类较多,大体可分作四种类型。表明这一地区能产厚垣孢子的内生菌根真菌分布广泛。Some forest tree species were researched in Shaanxi by the process oi clearing and staining their roots. Thirty-four species were found to be infected by VA mycorrhizal fungi. The morphological charactors of the fungi were, hyphae, 0.60~11.25μm dia. in nature; spores formed singly, in clusters: classified rougly in four types. It follows that VA mycorrhizal fungi were common in the forest regions.
